Journées nationales de la Fédération Photovoltaïque (FedPV) 2026>

Introduction

FedPV is the CNRS research federation on photovoltaic (PV) solar energy (FR3393). Created in August 2010, it aims to structure academic structures (CNRS, engineering schools, and universities) around the photovoltaic conversion of solar energy. It brings together 21 laboratories in France whose research themes cover the entire photovoltaic chain: fundamental and theoretical aspects of materials, new concepts for very high conversion efficiencies, PV systems and installations.

It is headed by Jean-Paul Kleider, CNRS Research Director at the GeePs laboratory (Gif-sur-Yvette), and is organized around an executive committee composed of researchers and research professors from the various laboratories.

Following the FedPV days held in Lyon in 2023 (INL laboratory), Strasbourg in 2024 (ICUBE laboratory), and Marseille in 2025 (IM2NP laboratory), the 2026 FedPV days will take place in Bordeaux (IMS laboratory). These days aim to highlight local activities related to photovoltaics, both industrial and academic. The first day will be dedicated to site visits (companies, PV installations) for half a day. The second day will focus on conferences featuring presentations by industry professionals, networks, academic researchers, and doctoral students.
